Located on a three-quarter acre site at the intersection of the Ballona Creek and Sepulveda Boulevard, this two and three-story apartment building provides 48 one-bedroom units over a full level of subterranean parking. Funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, all units are reserved for low-income senior citizens.
The building is designed in an L-shape with the entrance and community spaces at the apex. The building’s dining spaces spill out onto a secluded garden off Sepulveda. The building’s entrance is anchored by an automobile roundabout and porte cochere at the interior of the site.
